Honest pricing for clubs that have had enough.
Published prices, every tier, sized by player count. The number you see is the number you pay. Your league or club sets its own registration fees, and these plans are what your organization pays for the platform.
The price your members see at checkout is the price you set. No markup, no “convenience fee” bolted on. Ever.

More than 2,500 players? Premier scales at a published rate: +$10/mo per additional 100 players. A 30,000-player multi-site club pays $399 + 275 × $10 = $3,149/mo, computed from this page, no quote required. Player counts are unique registered players over the trailing 12 months.
Built for operators. Verify it yourself.
Three things you can verify the day you sign up, and that the legacy stack structurally cannot say.
Public pricing
Every price on this page.
We are one of the only platforms in this category that publishes per-tier plan prices on an indexable URL. The category default is "contact sales": quote-per-customer, opaque, designed to extract the maximum each operator will pay. We charge the same rate to every operator at the same tier.
You set your fees
Your registration fees, your call.
Leagues and clubs set their own registration fees on Midfield. We are the platform. We never set those fees, mark them up, or add anything at your checkout. The only thing we charge on transactions is the small published platform fee below, taken from your payout. The registration price your members pay is yours to publish.
Portable
Your data leaves with you.
Exports are open, standard files, anytime, on demand. No proprietary format. No migration toll. No "we'll get back to you on the export request" delay. If you leave Midfield next year, you take everything that's yours with you the same week.
Your pricing, your way.
Every club, league, team, and tournament sets its own registration pricing on Midfield. Different age groups? Different classifications? Multi-program discounts? Payment plans? Tournament add-ons? Sponsor offsets? You configure all of it. We never set the number your members see.
Age groups
Whatever brackets your sport uses: age divisions, grade levels, skill bands. Set a different fee for each, per season.
Competitive tiers
Recreational, travel, club, elite: price each tier however your organization structures play.
Payment plans
Pay in full or installments on the schedule you publish. Optional, per season.
Tournament & clinic charges
Tournaments, clinics, camps, showcases, meets: one-off events priced on top of season fees with their own capacity and window.
Multi-program discounts
Automatic, configurable, applied at checkout when one account registers for two or more programs.
Sponsorship offsets
Tag a sponsor on a player's order. Sponsor gets invoiced separately, the member sees the offset.
The only number Midfield controls is what we charge you, the operator. That number is on this page.
How we compare
Versus the typical legacy sports-management platform.

|---|---|---|

| Plan price you pay | Published, every tier on this page | Quote-per-customer, opaque |

| Organization-set registration pricing | Age group × tier × plans × sponsors | Limited tiers / professional-services upcharge |
| One-account data model | Yes, your teams share one cart | Per-record, duplicate per registration |
| Custom forms + PDF import | Self-serve, ESIGN/UETA-compliant | Limited / professional services upcharge |
| Billing commitment | Month-to-month, no annual lock-in | Annual contract, auto-renew |
| Data portability | Standard export, anytime, no exit fee | Friction, delay, partial exports |
| Multi-sport from day one | Schema-level (dec-23) | Soccer-centric or per-sport silos |
About the platform transaction fee. Midfield takes a small published per-tier fee on transactions, capped at $5 per registration: 5% on Free, 2.5% on Kickoff, 2% on Club, 1.5% on Premier, 1% on Association, and never more than $5 on any single registration, whether it’s $50 or $500. Coaches and facilities run on the Free tier (5%, same $5 cap). Taken from your payout, not added on top of the registration price you set. The registration number a member sees at checkout is the price you published. (The typical legacy platform surfaces an uncapped 4.5%+ fee at checkout or marks up your card processing before payout. On a $300 elite registration that’s $13 to $20 versus our $5 cap.)
Frequently asked
Why publish your prices when nobody else does?
Because the legacy stack uses opaque pricing as a negotiation lever, and we think clubs deserve better. "Contact for a quote" lets a vendor charge each customer the maximum they can extract. We charge the same rate to every club at the same tier. The number on this page is the number you pay.
What is the platform plan price, and what does it cover?
Your organization pays the plan price on this page: $0 Free, $49 Kickoff, $179 Club, $399 Premier, custom for Associations. That covers the platform: registration, comms, rosters, reports, and the rest of your tier. The registration fees your members pay are separate, and you set those.
How do the player bands work? What if we grow past ours?
Each tier covers a published number of unique registered players over the trailing 12 months: 50 on Free, 250 on Kickoff, 1,000 on Club, 2,500 on Premier. Cross your band and we prompt an upgrade at your next billing date. No hard block, no mid-season surprise, no retroactive charge.
We have way more than 2,500 players. Do we need a quote?
No. Above 2,500 players, Premier scales at a published rate: $10 per month for each additional 100 players. A 30,000-player multi-site club can compute its exact price from this page: $399 + 275 × $10 = $3,149/mo. Quotes are only for state associations, where the hierarchy genuinely requires scoping.
I'm a solo coach or trainer. What do I pay?
Your account is free. When a player registers for a paid session you host on Midfield, we take 5%, capped at $5 per registration, out of your payout, never added to what the player pays. A $50 session costs you $2.50; a $150 clinic spot costs you $5, not more. Free sessions cost nothing. Running lots of paid registrations? Kickoff at $49/mo drops your rate to 2.5%. Switch anytime.
Does Midfield set or mark up our registration fees?
No. Your organization sets its own registration fees; Midfield never sets them, marks them up, or adds anything at your checkout. On transactions we charge only the small published platform fee (5% on Free down to 1.5% on Premier, capped at $5 per registration, see the table below), taken from your payout, never from your members.
What about the registration price our members actually pay?
That's yours to set. Every club, league, team, and tournament sets its own registration pricing on Midfield. Midfield never touches the number your members see. We just give you the configurable engine to set it (age groups, classifications, payment plans, multi-program discounts, tournament add-ons, sponsorship offsets).
What if I outgrow a tier mid-season?
Upgrade anytime, prorated. We never charge an exit fee, and your data is yours to export anytime: open, standard files with no proprietary lock-in.
Who absorbs the processor fee on refunds?
Your organization absorbs it rather than passing it to the member. (Card processors don't return the original fee when you refund.) The member sees a clean refund, full stop. You can configure this differently if you want.
When do you charge me?
Monthly, on the calendar date you sign up. Or annually with 2 months free ($490 Kickoff, $1,790 Club, $3,990 Premier), printed right on the cards above, no asking required.
Is the Association tier really custom?
Yes. State associations have multi-region hierarchies, custom RFP reporting, and per-region whitelabel that genuinely requires scoping. Email hello@midfieldhq.com and we will get back to you with a quote within two business days.
