The admin tools scale from a coach working off a laptop to a multi-region association.

Leagues and clubs set their own registration fees. Midfield is the platform that runs registration, scheduling, payments, and communication. It doesn’t set or take a cut of your fees.

Yes. Most organizations arrive with rosters, members, and season history living in spreadsheets or another platform, and our onboarding includes bringing that data in. During concierge onboarding a real person helps map and import your records so you’re not starting from a blank page.

Yes. You can export your data in open, standard files whenever you want, with no proprietary format and no exit toll. If you decide Midfield isn’t the right fit, you take what’s yours with you.
