On Midfield, you sign in once. Every team is on the same account: your kids' and your own. You register each from one place, the schedules merge onto a single calendar, and anyone you've added gets the confirmations on their phone too.

Players and parents don't pay Midfield a subscription to use the app; your club or league runs on the platform. Registration fees are set by your club or league, and your account, history, and data stay yours to take with you.
